There are about 300 species of birds during the park, including the typical hill myna, in addition to gray, Indian pied and Malabar pied hornbills. There's also some 60 species of reptiles and amphibians, including the famed king cobra, in addition banded krait and tricarinate hill turtle. There is certainly also a mugger crocodile breeding program
